Will Pennsylvania re-write its campaign finance laws?

ABC27 has this report.

"The legislation sponsored by Rep. Babette Josephs, D-Philadelphia, would impose varying campaign contribution limits for candidates, political parties and political action committees.
The measure would also increase fees for the late filing of campaign expense reports.
Josephs said Pennsylvania is one of only five states that has no contribution limits."
